Prospective occupiers invited to open day at Doncaster business parks

An open morning at our newly-built commercial developments - Platinum Park and Jubilee Park - will take place next week on Wednesday 1st November between 8am – 11am. Complementary breakfast refreshments will be available for people as they have a look around these high-spec units and check out the on-site facilities.

Open day at Platinum and Jubilee business parks

Priority Space director Lee Buchanan will be on hand to answer questions from prospective buyers or tenants, as will representatives from agents Commercial Property Partners and Knight Frank and our partners at Business Doncaster.

Platinum Park provides 13 industrial units, ranging in size from 1,750 sq ft to 5,800 and Jubilee Park delivers three larger warehousing units, measuring 13,000, 16,000 and 30,000 sq ft.

Located six miles from the city centre and close to the M1 and M18, these new business parks stand adjacent to Avro Park, which was completed by Priority Space in 2019 and is now fully-occupied by a mix of industrial and distribution businesses.

Platinum Park and Jubilee Park were named last year in honour of the Queen’s 70 years on the throne, and Doncaster being granted city status to mark that occasion.

Enquiries are now being taken for industrial units at Platinum Park

Director of Priority Space Lee Buchanan said: “We look forward to meeting prospective buyers and investors at our open day. These new units are very well-placed in Doncaster with excellent connections and provide businesses with the space and facilities they need to expand and invest in growth.

“We’ve delivered three larger than usual properties in Jubilee Park to meet growing demand from online retail and supply businesses who need that bit more warehousing and distribution space.”

Enquiries are now being taken by Commercial Property Partners and Knight Frank.

Rebecca Schofield, partner and head of the Yorkshire industrial team at Knight Frank in Sheffield, said: “These units are finished to a modern specification and suitable for a variety of uses. They are available for sale too which is particularly unique and will be attractive to both the owner occupier and investor market.”
