Who We Are

Established by Adam Richardson and Lee Buchanan in 2012, we are a Sheffield-based commercial property developer with a national portfolio and a clear focus boosting local economies by delivering excellent workspaces for micro, small and medium sized enterprises.

What We Do

We deliver commercial property regeneration schemes across the UK, working with local authorities, government agencies, private landowners and construction partners. Our sites are designed and built to meet the needs of local economies and surrounding communities.

Our Eco Credentials

All our developments are built to a high specification with environmental sustainability and energy-efficiency in mind. We often pursue BREEAM, EPC and Secured By Design accreditation as standard for our sites.

Our Directors

Lee is co-director of Priority Space. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2007 and has previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton and Langtree Group. He worked with Adam at Priority Sites Limited from 2007 to 2012

Adam is co-director of Priority Space. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2006 and he previously worked for GVA Grimley, now Avision Young.

With a grounding as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Craig is an innovative and entrepreneurial construction and property professional with over 40 years’ experience in built environment delivery. Having joined Priority Space in August 2018, Craig adds expertise by promoting efficiency and adding bottom line value.

Craig’s breadth of expertise from Cost Management and Procurement, to Project and Programme Management, and the wider construction and development process, allows him to provide strategic opinions and means he is often a trusted advisor to major blue-chip clients and for embryonic businesses.

Kerry is a CIMA qualified professional leading our finance department. With over 25 years of experience across a diverse range of sectors, Kerry is an expert in establishing, developing and leading robust, commercially focused finance functions.
