Homecare specialists move into thriving Hereford office development

Alina Homecare has become the latest business to move into our premier office development in Hereford. The specialist care provider has taken on a 422 sq ft office space at Stirling House in Centenary Park.

The company joins other key employers including US surgical equipment manufacturer LeMaitre Vascular; the Hereford Times, Blueprint Robotics and another new tenant Luton Caravans.

Stirling House is a high spec 14,708 sq ft office development with suites of different sizes available to buy or let. It was completed in 2019 alongside the first phase of Centenary Park - a development of industrial and warehousing units. A second phase of Centenary Park is currently being built and is due to complete this spring.

Director of Priority Space Adam Richardson said: “We’d like to welcome Alina Homecare to Stirling House. The business community is now thriving in these high quality offices and we’re delighted to see successful companies either moving to Hereford or expanding their businesses here.

Stirling House was developed by Priority Space in partnership with the Hunt Group and Herefordshire County Council. It is located within Skylon Park, at the heart of the Hereford Enterprise Zone (HEZ).

Enquiries to buy or let remaining office space at Stirling House are now being handled by Jackson Property.

Alina Homecare provides care and support for people in their own homes working with older people, people living with dementia or chronic illness and people of all ages with disabilities and complex needs.
