The brownfield site before work began.

The development has transformed 1.4 acres of vacant development land on Barrington Way into 21,559 square feet of new industrial and warehousing workspace.

Its 14 units range in size from 1,002 sq. ft to 2,005 sq. ft and be suitable for SMEs seeking to set up or expand their manufacturing or distribution businesses.

All units are available for sale or lease and enquires are being handled by Richard Scott of Savills and Jonathan Simpson of Connect Property North East.

Evolution Business Park is located on the B6280 Yarm Road next to Darlington Retail Park and about two miles from Darlington town centre. It has easy access to the A67 and A66 connecting it to the Tees Valley motorway network.
