Work is complete on Monks Way retail park in Hull with businesses already moving into the ten units.
The development on Wawne Road will open to the public later this month.
Businesses moving into units include One Stop, Norwood Veterinary Group, Michaela Adams Barbers, a bakery, beauticians and two takeaways.
We are also in discussions with a national family pub restaurant chain to occupy the remaining land.
The development has parking for 81 cars, including disabled, motorcycle and cycle spaces. Soft landscaping creates a pleasant shopping environment and pedestrian bollards provide security to pedestrian walkways and shop fronts.

Monks Way retail park is part of a partnership between Hull City Council and property consortium KSHP - made up of housing developer Keepmoat, Strata Homes, Persona, part of Home Group and commercial property developer, Priority Space. The consortium is developing 1,700 houses next to the retail site, some of which are already occupied.
Wawne Road is a strategic housing development site in Hull City Council’s economic vision for the city, and part of the Kingswood Area Action Plan, developed in 2016 to provide new housing, retail, leisure, and employment facilities in the Kingswood area.
